Third week of Indian vegetarian meals with different meal ideas, along with a shopping list of the required ingredients.

Vegetarian Indian Meal Plan for a Month - Week 3

Week 3

Day 1 – Monday:

Breakfast: Rava Idli (I use the MTR Rava Idli mix to make this and we love it! P.S. I also use their Sambar Masala)

Lunch: Mushroom Babycorn Masala

Dinner: Aloo Matar Rassa with Rice

Day 2: Tuesday

Breakfast: Sevai Upma/Vermicelli

Lunch: Aloo Palak (Potatoes in Spinach gravy)

Dinner: Tawa Pulao street style

Day 3: Wednesday

Breakfast: Methi/Dhaniya Paratha

Lunch:  Dudhi/Lauki Chana Dal with Roti (Dry/evaporate the gravy to pack for lunches)

Dinner: Aloo Drumstick Curry with Rice

Day 4: Thursday

Breakfast: Sindhi Moong dal paratha

Lunch:  Aloo Gobhi Matar

Dinner: Veg Pulao with Boondi Raita

Day 5: Friday

Breakfast: Moong Dal Chilla

Lunch: Paneer Tikka Masala with Roti

Dinner: Maharashtrian Masala Bhaat with Kadhi

Day 6: Saturday

Breakfast: Misal Pav

Lunch:  Punjabi Pakoda Kadhi

Dinner: Dal Fry with Rice

Day 7: Sunday

Breakfast: Baked Beans on Toast

Lunch:  Palak Paneer with Roti

Dinner: Arhar Dal Tadka with Rice
